Shades of Green
Did you know that we ate almost 30% of our meals away from home last year? We also managed to throw away near 2 million tons of quick-serve food packaging! With plastic and paper products comprising 41% of our landfills, our favorite eateries have an enormous opportunity to help reduce our environmental footprint with choices that become multiplied by the number of customers they serve each day.

So You Think You Can Cook?
We must all be more sensible about the quantity of what we eat. However, it always smells and tastes so good when we sit down to the holiday meals getting serious about cutting back at that point may be too late. Some options come to mind when we try to cut back or be sensible with our portioning. Generally speaking it’s not the turkey where we have the problem it’s all those side dishes where we tend to over do it.
