  Think Ernest Hemmingway! When he comes to mind, his world was filled with treasures from his travels, and everything seemed to have some meaning, and sense of history. The richness that time worn pieces bring to a room cannot be purchased. All of these things lend an air of adventure, and help to expand the boundaries of our environment.
  
  
• Fall Foward
  Fall Forward ~ It’s so hard to get back into the swing of things after a long vacation, and summer months. Do we justify setting the “To Do” list aside in favor of summer fun? Are we more serious about getting back to business, and schedules in the fall? I’m not sure, all I know is, I’m looking forward to the possibilities, and I’m excited about the arrival of the fall season ahead!
  
  
• Find Your Inspiration!
  INSPIRATION In-spi-ra-tion n. the stimulation within the mind of some idea, feeling, or impulse which leads to creative action; a divine or holy presence which inspires. What is inspiration, and where does it come from? The things that inspire you could be memories, smells, relationships, music, textures, colors, patterns, hobbies, family, or even pets. Inspiration is all around you, you just need to open yourself to the possibility of being inspired.
  
  
• Holiday Illusions
  For me this year is all about injecting as much joy, and fun as possible, next year could be about new members in a growing family. Who knows what’s next, when you create Holiday Illusions anything is possible.

  A big part of what I do would have to fall into the category of Interior Editor, instead of Interior Designer. Is your room bursting at the seams? If you’re overwhelmed with decorating, then I suggest you try your hand at becoming the celebrated Editor-in-Chief of your Special Edition Home!
