He originally started working for Jose the owner of Azul’s, at his Fresno restaurant, Chapala's. Jose's family has Azul’s on Demaree here in Visalia and also has Chapala’s on Akers & Goshen, Caldwell, and the Fresno location is on Friant & Fort Washington

  Beaux got into the bartending business because it runs in the family. His father is known as “Jimmy D” and works in the Tahoe area. His dad is well known and has been doing it for the last 44 years! But Beaux nicknamed “Beaux Vadar” due to his passion for Star Wars and Darth, plans on staying in the business as a career as well.
