He has a FLARE for it! That would be Art Schlater from Applebee’s! Yes, we witnessed the art of “Flare Bartending” during happy hour at Applebee’s as Art was completing his shift. Not only did we have some great cocktails but the show wasn’t bad either! Art has been in the business for 11 years and 4 years have been behind the BAR.
