After releasing five critically acclaimed LPs and seven EPs and touring the world over repeatedly, legendary New Jersey pop-punk band Ted Leo and the Pharmacists are set to finally make their Visalia debut. The band still channels the sound of early 70′s UK punk rock, yet offer a more polished and intellectual take on the era. Ted Leo’s catchy songwriting combines politics, art, punk values and humor.

Los Campesinos! comes all the way from Cardiff, United Kingdom to perform songs from their new album “We Are Beautiful, We Are Doomed”. And yes, the band name deserves the exclamation point that they’ve attached to the end of their band name. With more than thirty concert dates this summer, the band will play big U.S. festivals such as Lollapalooza and the Outside Lands Festival, then continue on for a complete world tour. The young seven–member band writes fast and catchy pop anthems via violin, keys, guitars, drums, and infectious sing-along vocal harmonies.

San Francisco’s modern psychedelic rock champs Sleepy Sun will make their second Visalia performance, this time with a huge buzz. If you like Led Zeppelin or modern psych-rock this is your ticket. The band is set to play numerous dates on the All Tomorrow’s Parties Tour, along with a feature spot on this year’s big Treasure Island Music Festival, supporting their debut album “Embrace”.
